Pages Shifting When A ScrollBar

    Different pages are shift when there is a vertical scroll bar. The issue is only showing up when viewing the email on PC’s and their resolutions. I don’t know how to resolve it. I thought it was with “overflow-y:scroll;” but I am not doing it right or putting it in the right place.

    Any help would be GREAT!
