Pages not working

I recently reinstalled WP on my site and I can’t get any of the pages to work. If I go to create a page WP makes it, but if I try to “view” it I’m sent to my error page. So, for example, when I create a “test” page WP links it to http://www.mysite.com/wp/test/ but nothing is there.
