 * The page navigation (under the entry) isn’t working properly. It’s the same code
   as made in the “Default” theme. I’m using 2.0.2. Any ideas what’s wrong?

   It seems that you are not using “pretty permalinks” since the permalink of a 
   post looks like this: domain.com/?p=11.

 * You don’t need to use the “pretty” permalinks in order to make the next/prev 
   posts link to work, Micahel! That’s a misleading advice.
 * vamped, I tested your site and the next/prev links do work.
    Did you fix it?
