Pages not found

I had no issues with version 0.8.9

I’ve tried updating to version 0.9.3 and 0.9.35 and am having the same issues. My permalinks appear properly but the page cannot be found until I disable the plugin.

I’m going to try to clean up the database and see if that helps. I’m also thinking about reverting back to 0.8.9
