Pages Home, Blog, Contact shows the same post

Hi, im new to wordpress and this is my very first post here in wordpress forum and id like to say thank you in advance to who ever will answer. My wordpress is installed locally.

The first thing i did is i create three pages which is Home,Blog,Contact. Then i put 3 post which is showed to the home page. The problem is when i navigate to blog or contact page it show’s the same post as the home page. I tried to exclude the 3 post to the other page but it still shows. The other thing that i wanted to do is, if i have a post on the home page it will redirect me to a specific page, for example that post is linked to blog page when i clicked it it will redirect me to blog page.
