Pages Displaying Incorrectly

I am having issues with my web pages displaying correctly. This started when I added a new page to the menu bar called “About.” I wanted to remove the sidebar that was displaying by default and instead have my page display full-width like the other pages. I don’t remember how I was able to do that successfully with the other pages so I did some searching and edited the code. It still doesn’t work and in addition, my Home page doesn’t display unless you click away and come back to it. Here’s my site: bartendmadison.com.

Please be very specific with your answers. I am completely new to WP and am not technically savvy. This is all very confusing and overwhelming to me! Any help would be appreciated! My internet access is a bit ify right now so I may not be able to reply right away.
