• Hi,

I have recently switched to the Oxygen theme and I’m trying to move my pages (About, etc) to the top of my site, under the header. They are currently inside the Pages widget, in my secondary sidebar. When I move the widget to the “header sidebar”, it only displays the link to the About page. It’s as though the rest don’t fit across the top.

    Can anyone help?

    Thanks,

    Tara

  • Thanks for the answer. I was by no means trying to be impolite. I was just wondering if you had an issue in introducing the widgets or not. I’ll try my own topic.

TARAPIG: tanks anyway, i haven’t solved my problem because i couldn’t find the “Front Page” and the “Location” that you refer .. maybe I will join the devpress

I am now stuck on this bit:

“Just under the “Featured Image” box, there is another one – titled ”Location”. If it’s not there, then you need to enable it by clicking the “Screen Options” button (upper right corner) and checking “Location” – then it would appear. This is where you choose where the post should be displayed on the home page.”

I do not have a “Location” box and I do not have the option to switch it on in the Screen options.

Is there some magic trick to enabling this other than the Screen Options?

    Thanks for all the help!

It looks awesome! Love your post on 50 Shades – totally agree 🙂

You just reminded me that I need to set up Link Within….I can’t do it from a Mac (I don’t think, anyway) so I will have to do it at work.

    it’s working on my site….
    thanks tarapig

As WeeMadAggie I also do not have “Location” box and I do not have the option to switch it on in the Screen options.

    What to do then?

    Please help!
