Page/Post Title Shows on Top Left Corner (Over the Header Image

  • hi, guys,

newbie here ;P. would like to ask for your help on a minor (i hope) thingy with my wordpress installation. I am using Arthemia wordpress theme and I’ve been customizing my installation with various guides I see online. now my minor problem is this -> Page / Post Title texts appear on upper left corner, over my header image and now I can’t recall what I’ve done for it to appear all of a sudden.

Here’s my site so you’ll understand my dilemma. Hope to hear from your guys soon!

    Thank you so much!

  • In admin; settings; general … tagline

    Hi,123milliseconds,

The tagline under the path you gave is left blank.

And the above stated problem is still unresolved. The page/post title appears on any page/post you visit on my site and it changes text according to what the page/post title is.

Still hoping for a little help, guys…

    Thanks!

Temp change to another theme to see if it is a theme issue.

Might be a SEO plugin that generates it; different for every page; should be hidden meta then

I think you should look in header.php for that theme. Something is generating the post title but not putting it inside any kind of tags. Of course it could be a plugin that’s doing this, but I’d start with looking at the header file.
