Page/Post Formatting Gone, How to Fix

I always use the visual editor for my posts and pages so I haven’t had any issues with formatting. Today, the two things I did different than normal that might have messed up the formatting are adding an aweber form to the html section of one specific page (which I have since removed) and then I tried to edit the signup form in the css editor. It didn’t work, but I removed what I added and didn’t change anything. However, all the formatting is still gone. I tried restoring an old database backup, changing themes, and creating a new post back with visual editor.

Here is an individual post and you’ll see how there is no spacing between paragraphs or headings. It is like it on every page and post.
