• Hey Guys,

I’m currently making a theme for my blog running WP 2.8 Beta2 on my local machine (OSX 10.5 using MAMP). As normal, I’ve been refreshing my page in my browser to see updates however I’ve just started making small changes to page.php so I can style it and they’re not appearing in the browser, as in in the source code it still has the original version of the file. The problem has me stumped – I’ve cleared Safari’s cache, restarted MAMP and I opened up the file in the inbuilt WP editor and it shows the new version, yet Safari is coming up with the unchanged version.

I don’t have any caching plugins set up and the file is in the right directory so I’m completely out of ideas why its doing this.

    Thanks!

    Tom

  • Hey,
did you ever figure it out? I’m having the same issues!

If you want I can arrange a location to test the theme in my dev sandbox.

I might be able to dissect the problem, but at least confirm it.
