Page with login

Hi all,

I have a subdomain, with redirection to a specific page. I want it to ask for login, and then proceed. I have tried with private publishing of a page, but i get 404. When user, or admin is already logged, it works great.

It has worked before on prevoius sites, there must be a catch i cant remember right now.
