Support » Plugin: WP Mobile Menu - The Mobile-Friendly Responsive Menu » Page width doubled when using plugin

I configured the left and right menus which are in the correct top corner positions at the login page. But when I login, I can only see the left menu icon with the page content, I need to swipe right to access the right menu icon. The distance between the two menu icons is about twice the width of the page content. So it appears that the page width is doubled with the content flushed to the left.

Without the plugin, the original menu icons and page content are all in the correct positions with no problem.

It’s the same outcome with all CSS removed. Please let me know what my options are … thanks

Great, thanks! The URL was sent.

I forgot to mention that one of the menu selection entries is also missing from the new top right corner menu. The issue disappears when the plugin is deactivated and original menu is used.

BTW, all caches were deleted before I performed the tests to rule out any caching issue. And the tests were done with different phones and different login accounts.

Thank you for your support. Since the user account you login did not have the problem, that gave me the hint to identify it’s an account specific widget setting that’s causing the problem. So thanks again for your great help.

No problem. I’m glad it’s sorted.
