# Page URL issue

 * i am about to update to the lastest version of woocommcerce
 * i create a stage site and found that after i update to the lastest one, the category
   page from [https://www.xxxxx.com/product-category/tap](https://www.xxxxx.com/product-category/tap)
   and on stage site to [https://www.xxxxx.com/1690706460084/?product_cat=tap](https://www.xxxxx.com/1690706460084/?product_cat=tap)
 * and [https://www.xxxxx.com/1690706460084/product-category/tap](https://www.xxxxx.com/1690706460084/product-category/tap)
   become 404 page, is it normal?

 * Regarding your query about the 404 error on your category page after updating
   to the latest version of WooCommerce, this is not the expected behavior. The 
   update should not affect the URL structure of your website or cause any pages
   to return a 404 error.
 * There are a few potential reasons why you might be experiencing this issue. I’d
   recommend running a full conflict test on your staging site to identify the problem.
    1. Temporarily switch your theme to [Storefront](https://woocommerce.com/products/storefront/?quid=44783afda1054c08da7273343420e485).
       If the issue is gone, it indicates that there is a conflict with your current
       theme.
    2. If it’s still having the issue, disable all plugins except for WooCommerce.
    3. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins
       one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing the conflict.
