Page Template I'm trying to install isn't showing up in the WordPress Admin

I am trying to install a new page template into the theme were are using inside the the templates directory (/wp-content/themes/parabola/templates).

The template had been successfully installed before but someone in our company accidentally removed it via FTP.

I see the theme when I go to appearance/editor, but whenever I try to apply it to the necessary page via the attributes, the theme isn’t coming up at all.

Any help with this would be really appreciated.
