Page still accessible for all

I tested this plugin some weeks ago and it seemed to work fine. My case is that I need to restrict access to single pages that only a given user can see. In addition to restrict user level access, I use Peter’s login redirect plugin for redirecting to the correct client page upon login.
When I add a single page to an access condition, the page is still showing for everyone. The test page/user I made earlier still works and I have the same settings on both.

Users that should have access to “portal” are added to role synched with this level.
These are my main needs:
1. Restrict access to “Portal” for all website visitors.
2. Set rule to allow Member A access “Portal” (including admins).3. Rinse and repeat for Member B and portal B etc..
