Page Speed Plugin Conflit with Yoast SEO Plugin in Admin area

Can you please confirm if the issue persists with the latest Yoast SEO 12.0?

The Page Speed plugin hasn’t been updated in 2 years and, as such, may not be compatible with WordPress core, plugins and themes that have been updated recently.

Google has, also, made a lot of changes in the last two years so the plugin may not be up to date with Google guidelines. You may want to see if there is another plugin offering similar features that has been updated more recently. https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/page-speed/
