Page showing connecting after first load

Site I am working on is

I have taken off all the plugins I could and showed the front and still saying connecting with a blank page ..

I have put in the plug ins back one at a time and still having the same problem ..

I am looking to find out if I need to reinstall wordpress or what the next step would be ..

any help would be great
