Page scrolls down when tabs are clicked

I am trying to use Tabs on my Page “Salient Theme” but when the tab is selected the Page moves down and the Title of the Page disappears. I have tried so many different ones so I think this must be in the Theme. I have no idea where to go to stop this and can I simply stop it on one page?
