Support » Plugin: Page scroll to id » Page Scroll to ID using Non-Menu Elements?

  • Hi,

I have almost no knowledge about website creation / HTML – however, using themes I’ve built http://www.monoclebooth.com and now I’m stuck.

I have loosely understood that I need to add a “id” tag to the location I would like to scroll to.. that’s pretty much it, and I can only get the linked image to jump directly to (roughly) the right area tagged with the id.

I’m trying to get one of the images on this home page, to scroll smoothly further down the page to “our services” once clicked, using this plugin.

I have used tutorials and I just don’t get how or if, this plugin is the one I’m looking for – any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated. Any terminology about HTML or CSS I will not understand but I will try. It’s safer to assume I have basically no understanding of HTML or website building at all.

    Thanks in advance.

    Tim

Is your image in the content/wp editor or hardcoded in the theme template? Can you use plugin’s shortcodes? If you can send me more info I’ll gladly help.
