Page reloading after clicking add to wishlist

    I have been experiencing an error where I click on the add to wishlist button on a product, and the page will reload completely after adding the product. The page also has pagination, and it will always reload back to the first page upon clicking the button. Has anyone else ever encountered this issue? I am on version 3.13.0 of the wishlist plugin. Also, it might help to mention that I’m using this plugin on an Elementor page. I have the Elementor and Elementor Pro plugins, both at version 3.7.6.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the late response. I got caught up in other tasks. I could share the link to our staging site. However, my company wants to keep the gate closed so that only whitelisted IPs can reach the site. Would it be possible for you to share that with me, or would there be a better way for to troubleshoot this issue?

    Hello Alden,

    Unfortunately, we cannot share IP. Since you have a test site, we recommend you perform the following tests in order to find what is causing the conflict:

    – Change the theme to a default WordPress theme like 2022.
    – Leave only WooCommerce and our plugin active, and if the problem disappears, activate your plugins in batches until you find which one is causing it.
