And that answer is why I will not be using or buying a license for this plugin.
Many users will want to trial the form ‘before’ deciding on whether to purchase a license. If you are unwilling to provide a quick answer to a ‘very’ basic question then perhaps you should put your plugin on a paid for plugin site and not dupe people into the free version with absolutely ZERO support.

I apologise if you feel this way, but we pride ourselves on offering a very high level of support and that requires paying employees for it. I, the lead developer, work with paying customers, who find our development everyday. I look through here once a week.
