So the “There are #### captured URLs to be processed” has a link in it that should take you to the right page. The page being displayed in the screenshot is for redirects, which is different than “captured URLs.”

Redirects are what are in place to, well, redirect the user when they visit a non-existent URL.

The “Captured URLs” page is essentially a list of URLs that users entered that caused 404 errors on the site. You could ignore them or you could use them to create redirects.

You’ll have to click on the link in the “There are #### captured URLs to be processed” message or click on the “Captured 404 URLs” tab to see them though.

To summarize, the screenshot looks normal – there are no redirects in place but there are captured URLs. Let me know if that makes sense or not.

    thanks

Hi. Please turn on debug logging. To turn on debug logging go to 404 Solution -> Options -> Advanced Settings (Etc) -> Debug Logging, check the box, scroll down and click Save Settings.

Then go to the “Captured 404 URLs” tab and wait for it to load. Then go back to the “Options” tab and click on the View link for the debug log. Then paste the debug log contents somewhere like https://pastebin.com/ and share them with me (do not paste the contents directly here).

    thanks

Thanks for assisting me with this. Here is the log, https://pastebin.com/LP4Q77Sw.

Hey. Please install version 2.22.5 and then

Load the “Captured 404 URLs” page and wait, reload the page, wait, reload it again. There’s a corrupt table and I adjusted the code to try to repair it. It might not work though. Let me know how it goes.

    thanks

Since there’s been no response I’ll assume the fix worked. Let me know if that’s not the case.

    thanks

I tried your fix and still have the same issue. Do you have any other suggestions?

The log file you sent says there’s a corrupt database table.

Table 'wp_abj404_logsv2' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

I would delete the log file, try to view the 404s, then check the log file again to see if it has the same message. Feel free to include a link to the new logfile at pastebin again here and I’ll have a look at it.

Hey rentptr, I tried updating the code again. So you can try version 2.22.6 and then: load the “Captured 404 URLs” page and wait, reload the page, wait, reload it again.

Otherwise you could connect to MySQL and run

    REPAIR TABLE wp_abj404_logsv2;

but hopefully the plugin will do it for you.

    Let me know.

    thanks
