Page re-direct

Hello,

I have a portfolio set up on my website, which displays 6 boxes on the front page

Those 6 items are categories, each category has more items.

My problem is, that i want each link to lead to a different page (list of the items for that category) rather then the portfolio page.

Is there some code that i can place on that page to re-direct to a different page? or is there a plug in that i can use to do this?
