# Page problem, can’t personalize (?)

 * Hi everyone, I finally started to create my e-Commerce through WordPress and 
   WooCommerce.
 * I installed WordPress locally with MAMP on my MacBook. The site is practically
   identical to the theme with some changes here and there, pretty simple.
    I’m 
   not looking for a deep customization because I don’t have the knowledge to do
   so but I want to give to the site a more personal look.
 * In the Homepage I can insert an image for the background (idk if this is the 
   correct translation but I think it is called “evidence image” or “featured”).
 * The problem is in the ‘Shop’ page, even if I uploaded and inserted an image it
   doesn’t show on the final website.
    Already restarted, saved the changes and 
   reloaded the page.
 * *Storefront theme
    *NOT Gutenberg (for now)
 * Don’t really know where to start…

 * Is the shop page in your settings the same as the one you’re referring to in 
   your post?
    Dashboard >> WooCommerce >> Settings >> Products
 * Is it one you’ve created?

 * The image you’re referring to, can you expand? Is it background? product image?

 * It’s the image you see when you open the Homepage. I would like to do a similar
   thing to other pages.
 * In the WordPress editor, when you open Pages->Homepage in the lower right corner
   there is the section to insert an image

 * That suggests your home page will use a specific template and your other pages
   a different one.
    You may need to consider adding some code in the other templates
   to match your home page one. If you have a site link or are able to post your
   homepage template and regular pages template code in here, it may be easier to
   guide you.
