Page Preview not displaying correctly

    Hello,

    Thanks in advance, I’m fairly new to WordPress and I’m trying to start building my webpage, I already selected a theme, configure a few plugins and selected a starter page template.

    The problem I’m having is: When i go to edit mode and i try to see the preview… the preview page is loaded completely wrong even when i didn’t change anything yet.

    And this only happens on Preview View because when i go back to the live webpage i can see the page just fine, i just don’t know what I’m doing wrong and i already looked on google but i didn’t find anything useful.

    I suspect an issue with your chosen theme. To verify, deactivate all plugins to ensure they are not the cause. If you still have preview trouble now, the problem lies with your theme. If previews work, restore your plugins, one at a time, checking previews after each. When they no longer work again, the last activated plugin is the source of the problem.

    I recommend inquiring in the dedicated support forum of which ever module is causing the trouble.

    Hi @diegotera86

    I read other questions similar to yours and it seems that might be related to some Themes. Have you tried using a different theme just for this purpose? If that works, then I recommend you sending an email to the Theme author.
