The page preload seem not to be working. Home page won’t automatically update if new posts are added.

    My main issue:
If a visitor visit the homepage today. When the visitor visit the homepage after 3days, he’ll see the exact page he saw 3 days ag. Even if we have added new posts, he’ll still see the old page.

Not actually sure if it’s a preload option. Please help as my site is a news website and shouldn’t be showing old posts when there are new posts.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @diraph

Are you referring to the Preload options in the Page Caching section?

If so, those options do not preload the pages exactly, they preload cached versions of the pages.

So if your homepage needs to dynamically update with each new post added, I’d recommend not caching the homepage at all.

If you do need to have the frontpage cached, then you’d certainly want to have the Clear full cache when post/page is updated option enabled.

    Cheers!
