# Page Post with same name problem

 * I have posts I want to convert to “pages” but when I delete the post and create
   the page.. the URL still looks for the “post” which now does not exist. So nothing
   loads.
 * Any solutions for this?

 * I’ve found a solution to this by giving the post the same url as the page. Then
   the browser goes to the page when you click on the post’s link. For example:
 * Post url: [http://www.rhodelander.com/web/cardinal-athletics/](http://www.rhodelander.com/web/cardinal-athletics/)
   
   Page url: [http://www.rhodelander.com/web/cardinal-athletics/](http://www.rhodelander.com/web/cardinal-athletics/)
