 * I have my permalinks set like this:
    /blog/%postname%/
 * But all of my pages are just going to
 * [http://www.mysite.com/%postname%/](http://www.mysite.com/%postname%/)
 * How do I get the /blog/ back into the permalink for my pages. All posts are working
   just fine, its just the pages
