# Page Permalink Help!

 * Everytime I try to make a PAGE, i can only change the permalink to myurl.com/
   pagename1/
 * I want to be able to make a PAGE permalink that would look like myurl.com/pagename1/
   pagename2/
    So basically a page within a page
 * **MY Problem**
    Everytime I click edit permalink, i enter “pagename1/pagename2”.
   I then click ok and it turns into “pagename1pagename2” (it ignores slash and 
   combines)
 * Maybe im doing something wrong, but please help me. I have latest version of 
   WordPress

 * Sub-pages automatically does that for you.
 * When you are on the Edit page, have you tried selecting the Parent dropdown to‘
   Pagename1’, which automatically creates the URL pattern you want?
