Page Not Found Issue on View Page

I have used the plugin, and it works great overall. However, I found one issue.

Issue Details:
Create a page, then add two levels of subpages (e.g., Sample Page → Sub Page → Inner Sub Page) and publish it.
When trying to open the Inner Sub Page using the top arrow icon (View Page), it shows a 404 Not Found error due to an incorrect URL structure.
If I disable the Permalink Manager Lite plugin, the URL works correctly when clicking the View Page link in the top corner.

I am not using any custom theme or plugins—only the latest version of WordPress and the Permalink Manager Lite plugin. The pages were created as described above.
