Page not found error message

    I have a web-hosting package (iPage), installed WordPress, changed the DNS to point to my site, have installed the ‘Responsive’ theme, but when I try to go to my site it says ‘Page not available’
    Going wrong somewhere, any ideas/help will be appreciated.
