Page Not Found

This plugin didn’t work on sub-page page, e.g.

= this display page not found
http://www.domain.com/custom-post-url//subpage-post-url/

= this works fine on first or parent page
http://www.domain.com/custom-post-url/

I only give two for the plugin development and still not usable on my end.
