Page not deleting…

    It all started when I deleted a page in the dashboard…

    When I viewed the updated site – the page was still there!

    (I still had an admin/dashboard open in a browser window)

    In the end I messed around and emptied my page trash and they disapeared, but…

    I have since been unable to create pages.

    I’m over-exaggerating. I can create pages but they don’t appear in the nav bar, I can see them via the dashboard and in the “pages footer” but they don’t appear in the nav’.

    Bizarrely if I activate the default theme 20/20 then all is well, I can see the pages and they are in the right place, but when I reactivate my theme (WEGA) they disappear.

    I have re-installed the theme files via ftp to no avail, and yes I have emptied my cache, but the problem persists.

    Next-step is to reupload everything again and see what happens, but it is a bit of a schlep!

    I wish I could link tyou to the site, but it is in maintenance mode and is not ready to reveal.

    Any thoughts on this problem?
