# Page missing from custom menu

 * Hi I created a custom menu for my website [http://www.supersavvysteph.com](http://www.supersavvysteph.com)
   and now the About page is no routing correctly and for some reason is redirecting
   to the home page! It briefly gives the correct location in the browser [http://www.supersavvysteph.com/about](http://www.supersavvysteph.com/about)
   but then the pages doesn’t load and it automatically ends up back at [http://www.supersavvysteph.com](http://www.supersavvysteph.com)
   instead.
 * What have I done wrong to make this happen, before I created the menu it worked
   fine but now even if you type in the page URL in full it redirects? Please help.
 * I use itheme2 and the latest version of WordPress. Thanks

 * Have you tried:
 * – deactivating **all** plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works,
   re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
 * – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
 * – [resetting the plugins folder](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause
   problems.
