 * Turn on the cache for WP-QuickLaTeX. Open its settings page and follow the instructions
   there.
 * But your site is very slow overall. Check site optimization techniques, like 
   cache (WP-SuperCache, etc.), etc.

 * Cache for QuickLaTeX is turned OFF on the page you mentioned.
    Check the URLs
   of the formula images.

 * Make sure that webserver software you are running have permissions to write into
   the “wp-content/ql-cache” directory.

 * THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
    I’ve created this dir, maden permissions and now it works
   very fast! Possibly, there were no such a dir because our WordPress is a network(
   multisite) installation.
