[resolved] Page loading issue (5 posts)

    My site is dorici.com

    As my webpage loads on a computer, I noticed that the footer first appears towards the middle of the page and then moves to its correct position once the image slider loads to push it down. Is it possible to have the footer at the bottom of the page as the webpage loads? It would look better if the page left a white space while it loads the slider. I just noticed this because it takes a moment for my webpage to load the image slider.

    Sorry for asking such a weirdly specific question! I assume there isn't much that can be done about this small problem, but I appreciate any help.

    Hey again, try pasting this into your custom css box:

    #containerfooter {
    position: static !important;
    bottom: 0;
    }

    Hope this helps!

    Hey Hannah,

    Thanks for the advice. I tried that and I don't think it fixed the issue. Any other suggestions?

    Try adding this css:

    .flexslider.loading {
    min-height: 350px;
    }
