page load to first ad, then blank

please help, adinserter was working until the most recent update, the page will stop loading after the first ad and nothing after. if i manually add the ad code (with plugin disabled) to my page it loads fully. anyone else notice this? desktop appears ok but so only mobile (tablet/phone) seems to be affected

using v 2.3.15
