 * Hi, I have the free app. Version 2.0.5. The packing slip and the delivery note
   both print two pages of which the last page is a blanc. There is only one line
   item on the first page.
 * Please solve this problem.

    The issue was fixed in the version 2.0.6. Please update to the
   latest version 2.0.6.
