At the bottom of the page at https://puckwarriorsgoaltending.com/ there is a MailChimp Newsletter Subscribe Form.

After I enter details, when I click to Subscribe the page jumps up so that you don’t see the “Success” message. Is there a way I can stop this?

    Many thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey @ma3ry,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I tested the form. Since you are using a free version that does not have “Ajax” support, the plugin needs to refresh the page to submit the data. However, in my test, after the refresh, the page is scrolled down to the form section and the “Success” message is displayed.

Thank you for the information. The page scrolls down to the top of the form, but not to the form itself so nobody can see the Success message.

Since it happens to me on both Safari and Chrome, I will take it then that there isn’t a solution for the free version.

    Hey @ma3ry,

I had done a test on Chrome and it did show the success message. So when the page reloaded, it scrolled until the end of the form. Since there are contents loaded on your website slowly after the initial page load it’s hard to control the exact location where the page will auto-scroll.

You can use a form builder plugin called “Contact Form 7” and then integrate it with our plugin. This way you can get a form that submits without reload and also get to send the data to MailChimp.com.
