page jumps to the top

when entering on mobile (ios and android) when you scroll down then and then a bit up the page jumps to the top, it also happens when you reach the bottom of the page. i checked if this is a problem with the theme but it only happens with ultimate member pages.i think i know what the issue is, when the page url disappears when you scroll down and then when you scroll a bit up and the url is raveled then the jumps occurs. if someone knows hot to solve this i will thank him.(p.s i’m using astra theme
