Page is flickering or blinking while scrolling down

Hello,

This plugin is great but when I scroll down the page it is flickering for sometime and I have checked this suggestions and changed postion: relative to position: static in “Customizer” -> “Additional CSS” file of my website but still it doesn’t working. So, how can I fix this?

I’m using latest version of this plugin and 6.0.3 of WordPress version. I have also attached a video proof, Thank you.

Sorry for my late reply, I was busy on my day job.

I checked out the helpful video and your site and cannot reproduce the problem. Does it still happen for you?

In which browser and on which device did you test it?

Hello Thomas,

Thanks for your response. It is still happening on my website. I’m using wordpress version 6.0.3 and latest version of this plugin.

I tested on Samsung Galaxy A50 (Android 11). With Chrome Browser App version 87.0.4280.141 (Android).

Hi,

thanks. I tested on an iPhone and in Chrome’s responsive mode, but could not reproduce it.

I will ask a colleague who might have other devices if he has an idea, but it will take a few days.

Hello Thomas,

I apologize for this late response. I’m able to reproduce this issue in other android phones also. At this time, I used Vivo Y20 (2020) android phone and still it is flickering or blinking while scrolling down the page.

I was also tested with other brands like Mi A1 and I was able to reproduce this issue on that phone as well.

Please let me know, if you need more PoC for this.
