Page info for blog

I wasn’t sure how to even search for the answer so I thought I’d ask. If this is a duplicate I’d greatly appreciate a link to the answer. TIA!

In WordPress Admin I’ve created a page and under the reading options set the Blog to be that page I created. On the page I’ve set some Custom Field data. I would like to be able to access these custom fields from within the blog but am not sure how to go about querying the data. I hope I’ve made sense.
