Page indexing issue

    Google search console is saying the page: .com/wp-content/plugins/wp-youtube-lyte/lyte/ is blocked due to access forbidden (403). Is this a plugin level or site level issue? What is the best fix?

    in /lyte/ there are some javascript-files, but no normal content, but there is no reason for Google to try to index those javascript files Jeff.
