Page in Page plugins?

Hey Everyone….trying to find and figure out a couple things. I have this blog site that needs a jquery slideshow plugin for the under-header content. The images in this slideshow need to be linkable to alternate urls and this slideshow also needs to be easily customizable on the WP backend.

Secondly I need to be able to post blogs to the main page (left side) while having easily updatable information to the right of this. Basically what I’m looking for is three different pages in one, but clean because they need to be able to be revised/updated on the WP backend.

So I have the slideshow up top, then below to the left is the post feed and to the right is the static information that changes from time to time.

Any direction or help is greatly appreciated.
