Page id problem after changing permalink setting

I changed the permalinks to “pretty” and made the .htaccess file, uploaded it, changed the permissions back to 644 after I was finished, everything works fine but one link.

The link is Painterly in the upper nav bar. The link was not opening the page but the directory files. I deleted the page, id12, and redid it, then I changed the link in the nav bar to ?page_id130. It will let me update it but it changes back to 12. Now I am getting the default template with an edit this link, not the content of the painterly page. I can at least live with this until I find how to fix this.

The Painterly page is a custom template as is all of the pages.

I left the link to the Painterly effects in the side bar for now. I want the link back up in the nav bar with the rest of the links to the image pages.
I have the custom permalinks set to show name and id, I did have it set for just name but changed it after I read that wasn’t a good thing to do. I then updated the .htaccess file again.

Please help me fix this one link.
