    Hi all,

Stange behevior after your plugin activation – I lost all my graphic editors capabilities for page/post. Look at attach img. After deactivation all warks well.

  • Hey gkovaleff,

Thank you for posting! It looks like that ‘Change to the Page Builder’ isn’t a default button, but is being generated by a theme or plugin. Can you let me know some more detail so I can check things out? Specifically:
    – the version of php your site is using
    – the theme being used

    Thanks!
    Garnet

    Hi mcsupport,

    PHP – 7.0.2
    Theme – 3clicks Child Theme

But it’s care not only for Page Builder button – look at “native” page editor WP buttons.

    Best,
    George

    Hi again gkovaleff,

Awesome, thanks for that information! I wasn’t able to replicate this issue in my account with php 7. I don’t yet have access to that theme but I’ll forward this feedback along to our developers for further investigation. Can you also provide a list of other active plugins that you’re using as well?

    Thanks again,
    Garnet

That is most likely a JavaScript error as the editor buttons are generated via JS

    @gkovaleff,

I was able to get a hold of the 3clicks Child Theme for testing, and I wasn’t able to replicate the issue.

Can you let me know the other active plugins you have installed, as well as update the plugin and try in a few other browsers? Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could disable your other active plugins (besides WooCommerce and MailChimp for WooCommerce) to see if this issue persists.

I’ll keep an eye out for your reply!

    -Garnet
