# Page gone blank

 * Hi,
 * When I installed the plugin ‘recent facebook posts’ my page has gone blank!
 * I tried to delete the plugin using Filezilla. When I try to I get ‘Failed to 
   retrieve directory listing’.
 * Any ideas?
 * I can’t login to the dashboard anymore either.

 * The white page is because the Recent Facebook Posts plugin is generating a fatal
   error on your server which basically means it’s freaked out.
 * You were doing the right steps, close down filezilla entirely, and then re-open
   it and connect to your site, navigate to your plugins directory and rather then
   deleting the plugin just rename it.
 * Assuming that works you should be able to login and everything should be back
   to normal.
 * Don’t reactivate the plugin though, instead if you have access to an error log,
   see if it generated an error and then you are best of posting a new thread specific
   to that plugin with the details.
