I’m trying to deactivate the plugin with metadata clearing. As a result, the page freezes. I waited almost 30 minutes. Nothing changed. The plugin was not deactivated. I tried to clear through the plugin settings. The result is the same. The message “wait a few seconds” appears and the process freezes. These “few seconds” never end. How can I manually delete the data generated by the plugin to remove any data from the plugin from the database?

Jetpack Boost If the “Image CDN” function is enabled in Jetpack Boost, your plugin does not display post thumbnails on the main page. The metadata cleaning function works correctly in this conflict.
Clearfy from WPShop.ru Thumbnails are shown on the main page. The metadata cleaning function hangs (it says that it is saved, but the dimming is not removed and the page is no longer available until you refresh the browser, after refreshing the page, all metadata remains in place). The “generate missing metadata now” function also hangs on dimming. The source of the problem is the recommended setting to enable in Clearfy “Disable JSON REST API”. When it is disabled, the functions for clearing metadata and generating missing metadata end correctly.
The plugin versions are the latest. WordPress 6.8.

Stef here, from the Jetpack support team – I have created a GitHub bug report issue here, in case it helps to collaborate with us on fixing this conflict.
As the user was already informed, I installed Jetpack Boost days ago but couldn’t reproduce the issue. So for now, I’m waiting for him to send me the error log.
If you’ve made more progress than I have in reproducing the issue, please let me know. The user hasn’t answered me, and no other users have reported it.
