Page forms problems

    Hello,

    I have login form with a second button for go to de register form (you can see in login icon menu). There are two problems: 1. The second button doesn’t work and 2 whem I used short code in popup plugin there are forms but whem I try to use form register/login page there are not any form. The theme is own theme, I tried take off all other plugins for possible conflics (that doesn’t work).
