page fade out after the preloader

Hi, I’ve just installed this plugin, but since the first time it didn’t works: the preloader is shown, but as soon as the page ends to load, it disappears, becoming completely white. I then tried to delete the plugin and even the individual files via filezilla, but nothing changed. Do someone know how to help me? thank you, because now the website is unusable…
